FITLIGHT® Challenge: Peripheral Re-Ordering
Peripheral Re-Ordering with Nick Davenport Sit in with Nick for a quick FITLIGHT® drill challenge. Placing 5 FITLIGHTS® with two on each side and one placed in front. The goal is to deactivate them following Nick’s RYGB (red, yellow, green, blue) while looking straight ahead. Simultaneously, you’ll have to call out the colour of the light that’s activated in front. This is a great way to work your sensory system as it will improve your peripheral awareness and ability to see with movement. All of which optimize your sports performance.
